These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users of the website and services provided by ARCA MEGHA PRODUCTION & SERVICES S.R.L.S., a company legally established under Italian law with registered office at Via Giuseppe Ungaretti 6, 20157 Milan (MI), Italy, P.IVA 14000700964, REA MI – 2755770. By accessing this website and/or submitting a service request, the user accepts the following terms in full.
ARCA MEGHA provides professional support services, including but not limited to: cleaning, sanitation, logistics, moving and relocation, maintenance and repair, assembly and installation, property supervision, and certified inspections such as energy performance and fire prevention. All services are offered subject to availability, location, and technical feasibility. ARCA MEGHA reserves the right to modify or limit service offerings without prior notice when necessary for operational or safety reasons.
The user may submit a service request via the contact form, email, telephone, or certified PEC email. Upon receiving a request, ARCA MEGHA will evaluate the information and may issue a non-binding estimate. A binding agreement is only formed once the customer accepts the offer and a service date is scheduled and confirmed in writing (email or message). Prices stated in quotes are valid for a limited time and may vary based on actual site conditions or changes requested by the client.
All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the quotation or invoice. In some cases, ARCA MEGHA may request a deposit or full advance payment before the service is delivered. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, electronic payments, or other methods agreed upon between the parties. Invoices are issued in compliance with applicable Italian tax regulations.
Cancellations or rescheduling of services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or partial billing of the quoted service. In the event ARCA MEGHA must cancel or delay a service due to force majeure, weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new appointment or refund, where applicable.
The client agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date information when requesting services and to ensure that the property is accessible, safe, and suitable for the requested activity. This includes securing pets, valuables, and fragile items and complying with any relevant safety or legal standards. ARCA MEGHA shall not be held liable for damages caused by poor or unsafe site conditions, pre-existing defects, or failure by the client to follow instructions.
All services are performed using professional standards and care. However, ARCA MEGHA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays due to uncontrollable external events, or damages resulting from information or instructions provided by the client. Claims regarding alleged defects or service dissatisfaction must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of completion. ARCA MEGHA reserves the right to assess and remedy valid claims at its discretion.
All content on the ARCA MEGHA website — including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, graphics, and documents — is protected under Italian and international copyright law and remains the property of ARCA MEGHA PRODUCTION & SERVICES S.R.L.S. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services offered by ARCA MEGHA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
